Since then, we've spent literally hundreds trying to get rid of the mold/mildew problems, the dark flecks that are on our clothes after a cycle, etc. We leave the door open, we leave the dispenser tray out, we've always cleaned it regularly. The mildew smell and flecks won't go away. The last repairman told us to cut our losses and buy a different brand. And LG customer service offers no real help ("Have you tried the Tub Clean cycle?"). We're taking the loss and junking it.

Too big for small loads

I bought a large tub and really wish I had bought the stand now as the tub size is in its depth and while I'm short reaching inside getting the things from the back is a little difficult. Did not realize that when I purchased it. Other than that I love this washer it spins the clothes so dry that it takes very little heat to dry them and my gas dryer. Which I believe saves me money. Would purchase it again only with the stand!

I would say the best thing about this washing machine is that is pretty quiet and efficient.
