We decided to get Front Load Washer because of better cleaning with toss ups. We were worried about vibrations but this thing doesn’t even sound almost at all in wash cycle. Just minor vibrations in full spin cycle which is normal. Very impressed. Bought it for $800, then got $50 for price drop upon request. Thanks Best Buy. Hopefully it’ll last a long time :)

Have to squat down quite a bit to reach the back of washer to remove clothes. Difficult to use unless you also purchase the platforms for it to sit on.

Not too noisy, clothes come out great. Check your setting when washing pillows and bulky items due to weight of items after wash. Sometimes makes load unbalanced.

Good capacity but not recommended for biggest comforters and blankets.

If I didn't use a little bleach, it smelled funny. The filter clogs and you don't get notice that it's getting there it just atops. The app it wants you to use isn't especially intuitive or informative. Last straw was, out of nowhere, a couple months from a year, it decided that the door wasn't closing, though i'm fair certain it was closing just fine, that the computer decided otherwise. I went throw gh extensive trouble shooting online hefore trying to get the free warentee fix. Spent almost an hour on the phone to be told that no one nearby could fix it, that they could get me an appointment time, not and appointment, within 48 hours, no hint when the actual appointment would be. They wanted to keep me on the phone longer, but i had work so that got cancelled. 48 hours of laundry cost me $15 in laundromat costs to just wash. Since i could get a bigger, reliable toploader that doesn't regularly and randomly break down for a hundred bucks less, i saved myself the headache.

While the Smart Diagnosis feature and ThinQ app are designed to assist, we recognize it can feel limiting when it doesn’t provide immediate clarity for complex issues—especially something like the door sensor error, which can sometimes be fixed by firmly pressing the door and holding the Start button for 5 seconds to reset detection.
