    The first washer malfunctioned, so it had to be replaced. We had no issues with the replacement washer. We love it, the look, it's functionality, n how easy it is to work, especially me, that I'm not so good with technology! Everyone was so nice and helpful throughout the process. Thank you!

    Excellent machine! Handles anything you give it. Clothes come out clean and practically dry..thats how efficient the spin cycle is! We love it.

    We are amazed with this washing machine! It’s simple, easy to use and enjoy the tunes at the end of each wash. We had high end machines in the past that we barely used those bells and whistles. This machine is stylish and immensely enjoyed. Can’t wait to order the dryer!

  • Good machine with a hidden nauseating problem

    The machine itself runs quietly and efficiently. Cleans well. But there is a terrible chemical odor coming out of the machine. It is nauseating and permeates into your clothing. No matter how many loads of clothes washed the odor persists and gets worse. A repairman came out and couldn't figure why it reeked such a chemical smell. He reordered a new machine and the replacement also has a major chemical smell. Wouldn't recommend this washer until the chemical smell issue is taken care of.
