    The washing machine itself is fine. However, the installation service from Best Buy is terrible. The installers clearly did not know what they were doing. They even "threw away" the shipping bolts that belong to the machine. Now, according to Best Buy, I have to buy replacement bolts directly from LG — about $35 + tax per bolt - there are four of them - plus delivery. Alternatively, I could purchase them on eBay from this installer, I assume. Do not use Best Buy’s installation service.

    Great washer! Just make sure to add additional rinses for a great clean! I wish there was the feature to set favorite cycle settings.
