Just two days after the 14th day of purchase they lowered the price by $50 and also increased the gift card amount by $25 .

I didn't like how wet the glass on the door would get when the wash was finished and when I opened the door, it would drip onto the floor. I had to dry it off with a towel after the load.

So many different features to give me exactly what I want when I do laundry. Being on sale was the icing on the cake and the delivery guys customer service was excellent and efficient.

The installers clearly did not know what they were doing. They even "threw away" the shipping bolts that belong to the machine. Now, according to Best Buy, I have to buy replacement bolts directly from LG — about $35 + tax per bolt - there are four of them - plus delivery. Alternatively, I could purchase them on eBay from this installer, I assume. Do not use Best Buy’s installation service.

We highly recommend this unit. Doesnt need too much soap and gets the job done.

I just wish the door handles were reversible as the dryer is to the left of the washer in our house. Maybe when we get the updated dryer, they can change the setup.
