Today, 6/25/2025, I have Best Buy Total Protection - Best Buy customer service is horrible - the washer is still not repaired. I have been spending money at the laundromat for the last two months. I expect more than a year and a half of service from a washer.

Also the bleach dispenser does not always empty. If one leaves the door closed between use an unpleasant odor is present.

One, after spinning the clothes end up in the rear of the drum making it difficult to retrieve them and two, there is suppose to be a melody when the wash is complete and that does not happen.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought this would be a great washer but I had major issues with it. Regular dry takes so long and sometimes it gets stuck on 6 minutes that last longer than that. Doesnt get rid of soap easily.
