    This is no in way reflection of best buy at all. We bought the washer back in July and it already broke down on us. LG customer services was no help at all. Kept giving us the go around on finding a tech. Never did, and then gave us the option of getting a replacement only to tell us no were getting a refund instead. If you dont mind taking a over a month for things to get done this is the right product for you .
