Shalum I normally don’t do many reviews we swapped to machines an insignia and a top loader LG and they didn’t work for my wife so they didn’t wash the clothes correctly my wife says i saw this one and it is a bit of an upgraded version of the one we had before and my wife prefers front loaders but there was a review that stated that you must get on your knees to dump the water from the tank compartment daily this is false it is depending on how much you use it I dumped the extra water one a month it could go longer if you don’t wash as much so far it has been a great washer almost identical to the one we had before hope this helps blessings!!

Quiet, efficient and able to fit my king size comforter with no issues.

We purchased this washer a little over a month ago to replace a thre-year-old LG top-loader that needed major (i.e., motherboard) repairs. Happy to report that, so far, this machine gets clothing cleaner, uses far less soap, removes more water from clothing in the spin cycle, and has all the bells and whistles you could wish for -- at a lower cost than the top-of-line LG that NYTimes Wirecutter recommends. We are happy with the purchase and are keeping our fingers crossed in terms of repair (FYI ordered an extended service plan this time!). I'd like to add here that the BB-authorized installers arrived on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and left our laundry room cleaner than it had been when they walked in. Bravo, everyone.

It’s efficient, quiet, and simple to use. My 10 year old is able to use on her own.

Price is more than competitors, like Samsung. My old one had a steam feature, which I never use. I intentionally chose this model because of lack of steam feature. However, this model has a no illumination light inside the tub. Come on LG, no light is offered at this price? I highly praise that this machine is very very quiet.

We love the large capacity as it holds our clothes with plenty of extra room. I love the simple but appropriate settings. It is so eay to use. Our clothes come out so clean.

Found this LG Washer in open box at Best Buy store and it looked brand new with minimal scratches that could barely be seen, got a great deal on it too. Very quiet, efficient and sleek looking

The washing machine was delivered on time and carried into my home. The set up was very easy as expected, I do like the printing on the supply lines provided, this is convenient. The washing machine runs quiet and efficient. I really have no complaints. Looking forward to receiving the dryer.

One of the best washers i’ve owned! Absolutely everything is amazing about it, works perfectly and is well designed. I love the size of it, only one small detail that bothers me is that after a warm wash, the glass door gets fogged up and I got used to wiping it off with a small towel after every wash. Besides that, it’s an amazing washer and I would recommend using it.

The washing machine is fine. The installation did not balance the machine so I needed to have a repair person come to do that.

This washer has been great so far. My experience with LG is that they will give you a solid 8 years with medium use.

So far I've found this washer exceeds my expectations. I've grown up with an agitator washer for many years. The only draw back is that you have to make sure that rubber gasket is dry before closing the door. I live in Florida and you could have a mold build up.

It took us a while to figure out how the settings work but it is SO much more efficient, and is really, really quiet. We like it a lot. We’ve only had it a week but, based on its performance so far, wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.

Love this machine. We had ours replaced after we learned you need to clean the trap in the lower left side of the machine. Since getting the new one, we haven’t had any issues. Cleans great. We have a dog and use a wet paper towel to wipe the inside of the drum and door and it stays clean. I also Love the song it plays when the load is done.

Great washer. This model doesn't have all the bells and whistles, the way I like it. Extra large capacity for bedding, towels or just extra large loads. Everything comes out exceptionally clean even in cold water.

I am happy with my purchase. Easy to use and very efficient.

This machine works efficiently and quietly. I’m using a fraction of laundry detergent compared to my old machine.
