I have had to pay our real estate agent to open the house. The last scheduled visit by your technician took most of her day and the visit was canceled by Best Buy close to 8pm in the evening. I am out $400 for the many times she has had to travel and wait. Are you going to reimburse me for some of this. I kept asking Best Buy to call her before going to the house. But no your system doesn't allow for simple arrangements, Today I was awakened at 4:15 am in California to say you were on the way to do the install. My agent lives an hour from the house. I still dont know what happened. I think she must have disowned me afyer all of your messing around

If you have pets, buyer beware. I have 2 dogs, short haired and the dog hair was constantly sticking to the rubber seal and it was so difficult to wipe out, I could never get the washer or the rubber seal clean! Best Buy’s delivery and ability to return 5 stars, the washer not so much. Simple to use would be great for an elderly person or couple because not too many options to chose from but just not for me and my family.
