It is brand new so it runs as you would expect. Check back in 5 years. Reputation is good so, hopefully it stands the test of time. The only complaint I have is that the touch area in the upper right hand corner where the screen is black, the words are kind of hard to read. It doesn't bother me that much but it may some.

I have been debating getting a front loader for months and I am so happy that I did. None of the issues with my laundry being off balance and my clothes seem cleaner.

Front loaders do require a bit more regular maintenance tho, in terms of mold prevention - leave the door open after each load, and empty the canister of residual water 1xmonth.
