I have had to pay our real estate agent to open the house. The last scheduled visit by your technician took most of her day and the visit was canceled by Best Buy close to 8pm in the evening. I am out $400 for the many times she has had to travel and wait. Are you going to reimburse me for some of this. I kept asking Best Buy to call her before going to the house. But no your system doesn't allow for simple arrangements, Today I was awakened at 4:15 am in California to say you were on the way to do the install. My agent lives an hour from the house. I still dont know what happened. I think she must have disowned me afyer all of your messing around

The machine is great and meetings all of my expectations. I recommend it. The size is perfect and is able to accommodate my comforters (queen) with room to spare.

All the features you need and less to go wrong in the future.

You have to leave the door open, otherwise it will smell so bad like rotten mold. You have to clean the rim of the door every time, because if not there is mold forming. You have to be prepared to switch clothes immediately otherwise you will be rewashing, because your clothes will stink. This washer is just an inconvenience to my family. Now I have to spend another $1000 on a new washer after only 5 months. We will be buying a top loading washer!

My first one lasted 14 years, so I did not hesitate to replace it with an updated model. Purchase was easy, and the fact that I bought it on Thursday afternoon and was doing laundry early Saturday morning made it that much more convenient. Thanks, Best Buy. Good job
