    Love the washer. The installation left a lot to be desired. Poor quality and slow response are not indicative of high quality service. And damaging my faucet didn’t help the situation.

    There is less noise associated with it than our previous washer and it has been easy to use. We are planning on flipping the door so it opens in the other direction.

    I like the GE brand but the Samsung seems better with some of the features. This washer is very sensitive to suds and I had to reduce the amount of detergent compared to the Samsung.
