    the representative on the floor was brief, helpful, professional and greatly appreciated for her knowledge. The machine is great and meetings all of my expectations. I recommend it. The size is perfect and is able to accommodate my comforters (queen) with room to spare.

    I bought this washer to replace our broken steam, fancy front load whirlpool washer which lasted for 7 years. I decided on this model because I did not use the steam feature on our old washer and just wanted a simple and efficient front loader. The only two minor specs that I wish this unit had from my previous washer is this does not have the extra capacity detergent storage so I need to get used to filling the detergent for every load and it seems to take longer to wash clothes compared to my previous washer (85 minutes). But compared to todays washer our there it is the best value.

    I have loved every single wash. I looked and researched so many brands. I was leaning more towards the speed queen but the drums were extremely small. My mom had already bought a washer and dryer set for my sisters for their 40th birthdays. They have been super happy with the LG’s they got.

    The investment was well worth it. I washed 10 towels and they were squeaky clean :) It’s quiet too. I forget I am doing laundry at times. Don’t hesitate, buy it!
