Product is great. Installation was great. Washing machine replaced a 20 year old Kenmore front loading stacked washer exactly like this one. LG dryer stacked on top. Installation team unstacked the dryer. Replaced the washer and restacked the dryer. It has been running like a dream. Old one had drain pump issues that were serviced and kept recurring with really bad smelling clothes. This new one is quiet, fast, easy to use and hopefully goes for another 20 years without needing any service. Love LG products.

Clothes come out clean with less detergent. Spin cycle takes out all the water. Quiet. User friendly interface.

I love this washer. I had purchased a top loader thinking it would be easier to remove the washed clothes at the end of a cycle but I wasn't happy at all. It was noisy (think grinding sound during the wash cycle.) Sometimes I had to run a load 2 x to get it clean. It left loads dripping wet after a spin cycle! I was able to replace it with this machine and it's a gem. It's quiet, it cleans the clothes well, it has a large capacity. I'm so glad to have this one!

I am happy with the decision on this washing machine. It runs smoothly and is very quiet. It does a great job cleaning my clothes. I love the capacity, It makes it so much easier to keep up with my laundry. I decided to go with the optional pedestal base and I am so happy I did.

The washing machine is excellent! It has all the features we need, works fine, and sturdy. The buttons aren’t complicated to use or anything, and even though this one doesn’t have the steam function, the clothes are warmed up after each cycle. The only reason it’s missing a star is because the value for money- we’d saw this machine being under $650 used or when bundled, that when we bought it for >$800, it felt like I was ripped off. Basically we bought a ~$700 machine at $800. There was also a 10% rebate from Best Buy when signing up for the mybestbuy credit card that we haven’t got yet. When it was delivered there was a small dent near the back of the machine (that also adds to the missing star), but luckily I had compensated LG customer service and was compensated. Overall, this is a quality machine to get, but at this price tag, I’d recommend waiting for a coupon/deal that saves you $50-$100 before considering (if you have the time to do so) (PS: We’d only had this machine for a month so can’t speak for its longevity right now, but so far so good).

This washer is a nice basic washer, holds a good amount of clothing and washes well. I've never owned a front-loader until now and I really like it. I have had it almost 2 months now. It's simple to use and I've had no issues. If you are looking for a basic washer that's easy to use, then this is a good choice.

We love the large capacity as it holds our clothes with plenty of extra room. I love the simple but appropriate settings. It is so eay to use. Our clothes come out so clean.

This LG-5.0 cu. Ft. front loader is wonderful. It is quite and my clothes clean. It uses very little water. I wanted a front loader that I could wash king size comfort in if needed. I live in small apartment with washer connections in kitchen. I am so happy with it.

We had an LG 4.5 cubic foot washer very similar to this but left it when we moved. This has a 5 cubic foot capacity and is great for comforters (the old one? Not so much). It's quiet and does an excellent job of getting clothes clean. It doesn't start filling right away (newer technology) so that took some getting used to. Overall, the best no/low frills 5.0 cubic foot washer we could find

We have enjoyed our new LG front load washer, but it still does have the balance issues of our previous top-load washer. The issues can be avoided by washing similar items (i.e., not putting towels/sheets/blankets in with clothes). Otherwise, we love the huge size, and it washes our clothes well.

Great machine. Runs quiet, cleans well. What else can you ask for? Oh, and it looks great too!

This top loader washing machine is an incredible washer to purchase and own. Leaves clothes very clean and make no noise when in use. I recommend this washer to anyone

Did research and very satisfied. LG front load is very quiet and gets clothes clean even with less water restrictions. Spin cycle works great because clothes feel less wet and saves drying time.

See far very impressed. Large capacity, clothes are definitely coming out very clean and the spin cycle is very quiet and the machine doesn’t bounce around like our old one.

We’ve had this LG washing machine for about two months now and we are very happy with our purchase.. It offers excellent performance, a variety of wash options, and energy efficiency, all at a competitive price point.

This is just what I wanted. It is not difficult to use. It washes the clothes great. I don't have to use much detergent to get my clothes clean. I wanted something easy and still does the job.

I’ve only had this for a month, but I love it! Quiet. Cleans great. Large capacity. Definitely recommend. And the delivery was fantastic. On time and very professional.
