    Very poor Washer and LG Service the machine is under few months and three times it has stopped running in middle of a cycle ever time you call LG Service the answer is different. Do not Buy this Brand of Washer.

    This machine has feature which I was not aware of when purchased. After every wash you have to get on your hands and knees and open the bottom door on the left side and empty the water which accumulates after each wash. If you don't empty it after a couple of washes it will leak onto your floor. Horrible feature. Also very long wash cycles. If it shows 50 minutes, it takes over 2 hours.

    Vibrates and bangs around with moderate loads (yes my machine is level). Also has a strange smell as others have mentioned.

      For vibration and banging noises, please check the following: (Load Distribution) try redistributing clothes evenly in the drum, as unbalanced loads can cause excessive movement.
      (Pedestal Installation) if using a pedestal, ensure it's securely attached. (Shipping Bolts) if this is a recent installation, make sure all four shipping bolts have been removed from the back of the washer.
      (Flooring Stability) a weak or uneven floor surface can amplify vibration. Placing an anti-vibration mat underneath may help. Regarding the strange smell, this can often be caused by detergent residue, moisture buildup, or trapped lint.
