Not 5 stars because the dials etc. are hard to read, and it's harder to use without a base, but nothing's perfect and it's working well. Holds a ton - a king sheet set and the king quilt.

The installers clearly did not know what they were doing. They even "threw away" the shipping bolts that belong to the machine. Now, according to Best Buy, I have to buy replacement bolts directly from LG — about $35 + tax per bolt - there are four of them - plus delivery. Alternatively, I could purchase them on eBay from this installer, I assume. Do not use Best Buy’s installation service.
