    Ater the wash cycle I have to run another spin cycle just to get the clothes from being super damp.

    Detergent left behind in your clothes.

    This washer is so water efficient that it does a terrible job of rinsing. I started noticing suds in the final rinse water so 1) reduced my HE detergent to the manufacturer's minimum amount (still suds) 2) added the Extra Rinse cycle (still suds); finally, after the first two steps, I ran a Rinse and Spin (no detergent) cycle on my just washed clothes. The RINSE WATER looked like wash water i.e. full of suds!!!

    Going from the washtower to this was a definite downgrade. But there is nothing wrong with this unit.

    Be careful with open box purchase

    We purchased an open box, which the website says it “works like new.” Well, it didn’t. We called customer service and they said we had to go into the store if we wanted to inquire about returning the open box and getting a new one. We went into the store and the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. As a long time Best Buy customer, this was extremely disappointing.

    Don't but if you want to wash ibn cold water

    Even after putting controls on cold water, we still got hot water! There is NO cold cycle even when we followed the directions for it. It was hooked up correctly. We returned it and got another brand.

    I returned this machine because it did not have a rinse & spin setting. The clothes came out too wet even with fastest spin allowed by cycle choice

    This was the worse experience for installation service. Of course, its a 3rd party . YOU'RE STILL RESPONSIBLE BB!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!! Needless to say, both washer and dryer went back!!! Hey, Take off shipping bolts is 101 for w&d delivery and installation.

    about buying machine & dryer had to wait more than one hour to be served buy an agent then they didn't add the part to intall dryer over the washer had to go again really had a very bad experience buying it from Best buy

    The machine feels very plastic, cheap, poor or low quality and delicate. When I close the front loading door, the latch does not click and close properly. The door feels misaligned and like it’s already broken.

    Love this washer! It’s quiet too, and large capacity, it’s perfect! I use cold water only and it gets the clothes very clean, even if I do a quick wash. We are a family of 7 and use this all the time, kids clothes alway get the stains removed and it spins so great they dry with less dryer time ! Energy efficient plus we absolutely love it
