I started noticing suds in the final rinse water so 1) reduced my HE detergent to the manufacturer's minimum amount (still suds) 2) added the Extra Rinse cycle (still suds); finally, after the first two steps, I ran a Rinse and Spin (no detergent) cycle on my just washed clothes. The RINSE WATER looked like wash water i.e. full of suds!!!

We called customer service and they said we had to go into the store if we wanted to inquire about returning the open box and getting a new one. We went into the store and the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. As a long time Best Buy customer, this was extremely disappointing.

There is NO cold cycle even when we followed the directions for it. It was hooked up correctly. We returned it and got another brand.

When I close the front loading door, the latch does not click and close properly. The door feels misaligned and like it’s already broken.

I use cold water only and it gets the clothes very clean, even if I do a quick wash. We are a family of 7 and use this all the time, kids clothes alway get the stains removed and it spins so great they dry with less dryer time ! Energy efficient plus we absolutely love it
