The only problems are 1) the owner's manual doesn't come with it, and the controls are difficult to understand and use, and 2) the home delivery service employs lazy, irresponsible people. Their idea of "installation" is to drop the machine within 10 ft of it's intended location, and then drive away taking some of the machine's parts with them. They didn't move the machine to its final location or level it or hook it up. So, you get what you pay for with their free installation (i.e., nothing.)

Upon requesting a service call LG responded by providing troubleshooting tips. Finally sent a technician yesterday. Tech initially said the issue was an improperly placed hose but the error code persisted. He said he was ordering a part and would return in 2 days to complete repair. Before leaving he set the washer on "tub clean" cycle and stated I could continue to use machine. About 30 minutes later water is flooding out of the front of the machine, the drum was completely filled with water. Laundry room flooded. I am guessing this is because the machines water level sensor malfunction. No clue as to why the technician thought this was an appropriate course of action. Still waiting on word from LG, terrible customer service and poorly trained technicians

It didn’t clean the clothes well and they always smelled muddy. Large or small load the washer shook vigorously. Within 6 months the mother board burned, it was not a good wager for me.
