I had the same model before, but the quality of this one is inferior.

I started noticing suds in the final rinse water so 1) reduced my HE detergent to the manufacturer's minimum amount (still suds) 2) added the Extra Rinse cycle (still suds); finally, after the first two steps, I ran a Rinse and Spin (no detergent) cycle on my just washed clothes. The RINSE WATER looked like wash water i.e. full of suds!!!

They won’t provide a corporate number, no direct number to a manager, all calls are routed out of the country where you get absolutely no help just lies and more lies. Never again BestBuy.

There was a leak that happened only sometimes in the washer somewhere and it wasnt something I could find. Thankfully best buy customer service was great and allowed for an exchange of a different washer.
