Bradley stepped in to help us. I specified we were looking for an LG washer under a grand and he hooked us up with one that was open box, in great shape and also the pedestal that fit it. Also open box with the total coming to $997.58! Highly recommend.

I use cold water only and it gets the clothes very clean, even if I do a quick wash. We are a family of 7 and use this all the time, kids clothes alway get the stains removed and it spins so great they dry with less dryer time ! Energy efficient plus we absolutely love it

It washes well, has all the cycles I need, and saves on our water usage. Plus, this one is huge! I can even wash my king size quilts and comforters. I highly recommend!

The sale person did not know his product as well as I feel he should have. Also, I felt HIGH pressured to get the Best Buy member thing which is a bust…USELESS. The washer capacity and function are more then exceptable…we like the pair.

This washer is spacious and nice - with the front loading option. It uses smart technology that weighs the clothes and amount of soap used to time the cycle. My only complaint is that when I have a larger load, the cycle time estimates over one hour. Also my previous washer had a more settings, like "workout wear" cycle, but the options on this washer are standard - Normal, Heavy Duty, Bedding, Towels, Delicates, Prem. Press, Speed Wash and Tub Clean. Overall it's a great washer for the price paid.
