This has a 5 cubic foot capacity and is great for comforters (the old one? Not so much). It's quiet and does an excellent job of getting clothes clean. It doesn't start filling right away (newer technology) so that took some getting used to. Overall, the best no/low frills 5.0 cubic foot washer we could find

Quiet and Fantastic Capacity

It is so quiet and the capacity is fantastic! My 8 x 10 ruggables fit in it with plenty of space, which was not the case with our previous washer. We are really happy with this purchase and highly recommend this washer.

It is quite and my clothes clean. It uses very little water. I wanted a front loader that I could wash king size comfort in if needed. I live in small apartment with washer connections in kitchen. I am so happy with it.

Happy to report that, so far, this machine gets clothing cleaner, uses far less soap, removes more water from clothing in the spin cycle, and has all the bells and whistles you could wish for -- at a lower cost than the top-of-line LG that NYTimes Wirecutter recommends. We are happy with the purchase and are keeping our fingers crossed in terms of repair (FYI ordered an extended service plan this time!). I'd like to add here that the BB-authorized installers arrived on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and left our laundry room cleaner than it had been when they walked in. Bravo, everyone.

It cleans thoroughly while being gentle on fabrics, and the 6Motion technology really makes a difference. It’s spacious, runs quietly, and uses water efficiently. Easy to operate and very reliable.

Its operation is very guilt and it spins out the wet laundry very well. We recommend this model to anyone.

Our last LG lasted over 21 years. Love that the new design has a flat top that also allows for stacking if you want to.

The set up was very easy as expected, I do like the printing on the supply lines provided, this is convenient. The washing machine runs quiet and efficient. I really have no complaints. Looking forward to receiving the dryer.

We like it a lot. We’ve only had it a week but, based on its performance so far, wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.

Very quiet, efficient and sleek looking
