Needed a new washer and best buy had the best overall price package including installation and haul away of the old washer. This washer is much more efficient than our 15 yr old washer. Old one was good but it was its time. Lg is quiet, has more washing options, and shorter wash times due to load sensors. A great option that I haven't used yet is a cleaning cycle for the washer itself a must for he washers.

This washer works great. It has a lot of options and runs fairly quietly.

I am very happy with my new washer! I have definitely put it through some tough washes. I have washed 2 king size bed pillows with no problems and it handled my king size quilt with ease. My husband's work clothes come out cleaner than I have ever seen them. I have noticed that my water bill has reflected a more efficient use of water with this washer. I did my research when deciding on my purchase and LG's really do rate the best!

This is the best washer I have ever used. The clothes come out so clean in an efficient manner that saves me detergent. Also, kudos to the crew that came out and completed the task. Under the supervision of a Geek squad person the setup and testing was thorough and complete. 5 stars

So far so good. Cleans good. Spin cycle is a little loud. Other then that. Everything else is good

The washer was just delivered 4 days ago and we've run 4 loads through it: heavy towels and backlogged shirts, about 18 of them. we were impressed with the speed compared to our 13 YO other Korean brand and the results were great. Plan to download the program descriptions from the online manual, they didn't bother putting them in the hard copy manual. The only big negative (almost lost 2 stars instead of losing one): no light inside the machine! What? Maybe they saved $4.72 but inconvenienced the customer. It adds some hassle checking for socks stuck to the drum, etc. for almost every load.

AMAZING! The washer i didn't know i needed. It is incredibly fast and I can fit an entire hamper in one load. I used the steam function on a white duvet cover that I could never get fully clean in my previous washer and it came out completely clean! We also got the pedestal washer which is a great bonus. The LG app that tells you when your wash is done is a great feature I didn't know i'd enjoy.

Runs quietly...fairly easy to use...first one was delivered with a dent that prevented it from working correctly but was quickly replaced and new one is great

We purchased this LG washer on 1/4/21 to replace our broken washer of 12 years. So far the washer has been great. It is quite and has all the features we need for washing. The 5.0 cu feet is adequate for all our bedding needs. I have not tried the LG app to monitor the wash. It's really not necessary if your home. The only issue is we prefer the door to be reversible but it was not.

Bought this washer to replace our LG washer that we bought 12+ years ago. I went with this model for the extra capacity to handle some of the king bedding a little easier. I stayed with LG because of the reliability and ease of maintenance of our original front load machine. This new washer is still waiting to be installed as we are doing a little remodeling. I am expecting this machine to perform equally as well so if things change, I'll update this review.

Love, love, love my new LG 5.0 Vu Ft. high-efficiency stackable Smart Front Load Washer with steam and build-in intelligence. It is so easy to use. Just dial to the type of wash you want (towels, bedding, sports clothing, delicates, etc. The washer is SMART and lights up all the settings for the type of wash cycle required. So much easier to use then the last SMRT washer I had.

LOVE this washer! Needed one with extra large capacity to be able to wash large quilts. As a quilter, this is very important to me. I am AMAZED at the capacity of this washer. Clothes do not produce as much lint as previous washers, which hopefully means our clothes will last longer. The MANY options on this washer are almost overwhelming. HIGHLY recommend this washer!
