    We purchased this washer to replace an 18 year old front load machine and are amazed at how quiet the LG washer is. The load balance feature is amazing adjusting to the load size and content. The A1 feature to adjust the cycle time is also a great feature cutting wash times in half in some instances versus the old machine.

    am not a tech person but I love the light up musical part of starting the machine. I washes great with no problem. I like that the loader is in the front inside the door. I like the handle to open the door. I have arthritis in my hands and this door is easy to open.

    LG 5.0 Cu. ft. High efficiency smart front load washer w/steam was everything I was looking for! I am happy with the 5.0 cu. ft. load, larger than my last washer. So it holds more clothes. I have not yet used the steam setting but I am looking forward to it. I love that I get an alert on my phone when my laundry is done.

    Our second LG washer. 15 years of service from our last one. This cleans a lot better than the previous washer and it has a lot of cycle options. I cleaned 4 king-size pillows and 2 comforters and they were spotless. The unit is also very quiet. I would highly recommend this unit and the LG brand overall. The LG Dryer that we purchased to go with this washer dries full loads of laundry in no time at all.
