Our washer broke down so we had to look for a new one urgently. After looking at various washers on the internet we decided to buy this one at Best Buy. When we arrived at the store the staff were very courteous and helpful. We bought the washer within 20 minutes. The washer was delivered 3 days after we placed the order. The washer is working very well for us.

Good washer! Lots of features must be done through the app which will not actually even turn the washer on! No way to customize your wash cycle

I particularly like the extra feature options such as turbo wash, anti-allergy, steam, and a wide range of choices. The size is nice for blankets, quilts, or just large loads. We previously owned a similar (LG) washer, but it did not have the turbo-wash and my husband's work clothes did not come clean. Also, without the pedestal underneath, it was nearly impossible to access the drain and clean the filter. So I'm happy now that I've upgraded.

Excellent washer. Very quiet. Good features I like - Sensing of wash load to determine timing, lots of programmed options, plus ability to add custom. App wifi connection is a plus if you like that (tracking washes over time, notification of washer done, etc.). Would highly recommend - no issues in heavy usage (3-5 times a week!) for almost a year.

Replacing a 14 year old Kenmore Elite set and love this one. Excellent capacity for a family of 5. Because of capacity, laundry time has declined. It is very quiet, with a variety of features/programs is plentiful steam, ThinQ, TurboWash, Tub Clean and Bright Whites are some of my favorites. Also looks good and the notification chimes are pleasant.
