For the amount of money you pay, get the protection plan on this. Luckily I did and I’ve had this unit replaced 3 times in the last several years. Issues with dampers and the hose inlets are the main issues. The detergent tray gets nasty unless you take it out after washing and let it air dry which sucks. Then the seal went several times so yeah just a bucket of issues. The tech will say, don’t use a lot of detergent, WE DONT. Yeah I would just use HE detergent, WE DO....yeah for 900 bucks it’s crazy the issues that come up especially after I’ve had 5 of these through the years....GET THE PROTECTION PLAN

The front Load Washer with steam , turbo Wash 360 and built in intelligence is good except that the final spin is not so good and left the clothes to wet

I have multiple animals, cats and dogs, all with different hair and texture types. This washing machine removes so much hair from my clothes and bedding it's ridiculous. Best $900 I ever spent! Great product and you just can't beat LG! Very satisfied and beyond.

Does the job right. Decent value for money. We got rid of samsung whch ran for abt 6 years and then died. Certainly better than Samsung

The new LG washer replaced a 13 year old GE washer that quit working. We selected the front loading model due to its high cleaning efficiency than a top load model. In addition, we selected the model with the larger 5.0 Cu. Ft. wash tub because of the enhanced cleaning efficiency. There are 14 wash/rinse cycles, 5 temperature settings and 5 spin speeds to permit customization of cleaning anything. There is also a steam feature and remote operation via an app. We love it.
