Very quiet during operation and lots of features, good price

Washer is much faster than our old Maytag. I like the way it sprays the water toward the load and the Spin cycle is much quieter. Only complaint is the Wifi - it seems to shut off between loads. Most times the only way to get it back on is to pull the power for a couple minutes and then plug back in. We have the matching dryer and it does not exhibit this issue.

Beautiful machine and works great. Has a lot of options still not familiarized with them.

It was everything we wanted. So far it has been perfect. We bought these to help manage our dogs fur on everything and it handles that supremely. Our old washer and dryer wouldn’t get all the fur out of our clothes, but these get almost all of it. I’m thinking has something to do with the steam functions.

It was delivered promptly and setup. Have had no problems or issues.

I bought this for my family because our old washer machine broke down. So far my family really enjoying using this washing machine. It has build in senors that can help determine what kind of wash to do. Its more hi tech than what we are use to but we are glad we bought this. Its crazy you don't have to manually turn this machine off.

Installation was without problems. Very happy after using the 5.0 LG Washer plus steam for almost 3 weeks. Excellent all around with all LG products we’ve purchased from Best Buy. Thanks.

We have been very impressed and happy with our LG washer. Still learning all the bells and whistles, but it is quite capable in "normal" mode, quiet, and love the Bluetooth feature. This replaced a Bosch washer that we really loved, so the LG had to step up to the plate. So far, so good and when the Bosch dryer gives up, we will definitely consider an LG dryer.

I’m giving my new appliances from LG a four-star only because they have pedestals that go with these machines that I purchased and you can’t fit a single laundry detergent in these drawers that will stand up straight. Only after the fact did I realize that that was an issue with LG and had I known this I never would’ve bought them. It is beyond me why a company would make pedestals too short that you can’t fit your laundry supplies.
