However, the amount of excess water/moisture in the drum and door is unusual. Happens on every cycle. I follow all manual instructions but no solution.

Large drum, clothes clean...but soon the machine jumps and is un balanced when in spin cycle. Followed instructions for loading clothes, and the problem gets worse. Even a load of socks and T-shirts does not spin evenly. NO phone numbers to call the LG company, just filling out a form. The response is "Someone will call you", which of course has not happened. Has a 1 yr warranty, and it's only 1 month old. I'm hoping it can be replaced

Has a lot of functions I most likely will never use. It’s fairly quite. It only seems loud when water in filling. Other then that i don’t have any complaints. But it’s been a short time.

There are buttons on the machine that I have no idea what they do or are used for.
