This washer does what it needs to do, I have no complaints about it, it has so many options when it comes to washing your clothes and it those a great job on doing it. just buy it already!!

I am very pleased with this washer. It gets clothes much cleaner than my old washer. The cycles also take much less time which must save energy and water. The Best Buy delivery crew was on time and very polite and helpful.

I didnt get the washer i only purchased it because my washer stopped working and it started back working but i have this same exact washer and i love it its a great buy

Love the large fill detergent and softener dispensers. Gets cloths clean. Very large capacity, Amazed at how it handles large loads.

Great machine tons of features looks great works great no complaints I would definitely recommend anybody by this machine little pricey but for quality and reliability it’s a winner

This thing is a beast! Works well and is quiet. Having used a front load washer for 10 years prior, I keep the door cracked after a wash to allow the seal to dry out and avoid mold growth. Very nice washer. I like it!

Great size and function. Best Buy installation team was on time and polite. Don’t bother with the hardware stores get a better service with BB when it comes to appliances.

It was pricey but we needed a new washer asap. Once we got it and used it, worked GREAT. Bigger and less loads. Would purchase again and would recommend to friends and family.

Machine does an excellent job. We had some issues in understanding the controls initially, but after we figured out how to use all the features we were very pleased.

I love the black steel finish... Surprisingly quiet operation... Only thing that doesn't make sense is that you have to physically switch on the remote start option on the dryer so as to start the washing cycle from LG app... Now, if you are near the dryer why wouldn't you switch on the cycle then are there!

Great product. Period. We are able to wash comforters, sheets, and all of the darks in one shot. So many features on this machine for every need.you may have.

Owned a pair of LG washer and dryer for 11 years and sold them with my previous home. Loved the operation and wuslity of them that I wanted another set of LG washer and dryer. The functions are similar and familiar to me. The washer does an amazing job at what it’s designed to do. The color is more of a dark grey which I prefer and the overall design and style is well designed. It has just about every washing cycle you will need in a household. I am satisfied with LG as a brand and this washer. I would recommend them to anyone.
