    Quiet and energy efficient but complex with the worst, most worthless user manual I have ever read. The multiple cycles, bells and whistles are no where adequately explained in the so-called manual that comes with thus expensive machine, you have to search on line and sift through a lot of text; otherwise this would be a 5 star item.

    This LG washer has everything we were looking for. We wanted a front loader because they are more accessible than the top loaders. The steam and sanitize options are great . If your a pet owner you'll love these options. The washer was easy to install and the additional pedestal makes washing a breeze.

    LG is much quieter it doesn’t shake the house as much as the GE did I would recommend this washer.

    Great matching washer for the dryer we bought. The AI sensing is a great feature so that small loads, medium loads and large loads get treated differently without having to determine that myself. Also the ability to fill the detergent and softener once every 18 loads is great. Highly recommended!

    My last review was about the LG dryer and Iput the comments in the about the LG washer. Oops. The dryer works equally as well drying in less than half the time of my 4 year old maytag. Please see my review of this washer in my review of the dryer.

    I've never owned a front-load washer before but this one makes it seem messy and natural, I'll never go back! There are so many options and settings and the smart setting integrate so well that every member of the family can have their own wash settings with ease!

    I have both the washer and matching dryer. Both of these have exceeded my expectations. I have been able to an entire two weeks worth of laundry done in 2 hours vs. 6 hours with my older Samsung front loaders. I high recommend LG and these units.

    Washer installed smoothly. Works nicely, but having a bit of trouble connecting thru wifi. Also, it does not dry the clothes as throughly as my Samsung did during the final spin and it is taking much longer to dry the clothes and esp the towels. They are almost wet

    Only had it for less than six months but I am a believer that it is worth the cost. We pretty much set it and use standard settings. The auto soap dispenser is nice and the WI-FI connectivity is easy to set up and use for notifications
