This washer is great. It cleans better than our old LG front loader washer.

Very pleased with this washer. I had an LG before for 14 years, so I stayed with LG. Very pleased. Especially like the auto dispenser for fabric softener and the magnetic door that stays slightly open to reduce mildew.

Just received this washer. Looking forward to hooking it up!

Our whole process from ordering online, to asking questions in the store, to the installation of our new LG washer and dryer was made really easy. It was very comfortable to make such a big purchase and we were given updates at each step in the process. Great Job!

Wash dryer were floor models. Best part of the whole experience was John my salesman. He is the most knowledgeable person in the store. He should have his pay tripled. Many thanks to him!

I love the look of the washer but I did not know the front was plastic instead of glass. Also I like the use of steam in cleaning. One thing I didn't know was the amount of detergent usage. I filled the container to max but the detergent was never empty per wash so I called customer service. I was told to only put 2T. I see why. Otherwise, it is a great washer.

The upgrade from 3.5 cubic foot front load machine to a 5 cubic foot machine means we now only do two loads of laundry a week, a real time saver. The washer connects to wifi and alerts me via app when the load is complete.

We bought both a dryer and washer and have called numerous times trying to reach our sales person and left a message but no return call! We wanted to take an extended warranty and see if the washer comes with a top loader as difficult to load as too close to wall but can't get an answer from sales person. DISAPPOINTING! This is not the representative experience that we would expect from Best Buy!

LG LG LG... so brilliant, so cutting edge, bells, chimes.. but you do not know how to do a drum light. The one model you offer with a drum light and you screw it up. it should be simple. When the load of wash is one and machine goes dark - when you open the door to get the laundry, the drum light should turn on. the drum light should stay on longer than the 500 milliseconds you have it timed for. then - in most old school machines with drum lights, you could at least press the door plunger and turn the light back on. Not have to turn the machine off then on again. You should be able to turn the drum light on during the cycle (which you do) but it should stay on as long as the user wants it on. Not the 500 milliseconds you have it programmed for (ok, I am exaggerating - but you don't leave it on long enough). When you have the machine door open to empty laundry and then wipe it out - leave the drum light on.

I think its a great product but somewhat expensive

I purchased the washer/dryer set, both are great, and do the job. I wanted one that could wash my blankets and my queen size comforters. I would’ve selected the next size bigger, but the measurements were too big for my laundry room.

LG Makes the best washers and dryer’s on the market today. I love the fact that they are IOT enabled and can be remotely monitored via the app.

Nice washer. Better then the top load that tears up clothes and uses less water. Syncs with dryer. So far so good. Got the 5 year protection because super advanced dryers break a lot. Review could change of it blows up

My wife & I are very happy with our selection of this LG washer & dryer combo. We’ve had it in our laundry room for over one month & we’ve had no issues & expect none anytime soon. LG laundry combo is an excellent product.

I love this washing machine! The automatic sensor determines the size of the load and how long to wash it. I love not having to put detergent and softener in for every load, the reservoir is very nice.

Excellent Steam works excellent and washes a load in 30 minutes definitely recommend LG washers/dryers

I have used the washer for about a month. The machine performs very well. No vibration and very little noise. Overall build quality and performance is excellent.

The quality of the washing machine and clothes dryers are excellent, to date we have not had any problems with them as we expected, the reduced price was very good.
