I fell in love with the fact that I wouldn’t have to constantly load detergent and fabric softener every load, but my love for this washer was very short lived. The fabric dispenser never worked right from the beginning. Multiple times the washer has stopped during the cycle because of too many suds, when the washer is in control of how much detergent comes out! I’ve had this washer only 6 months and finally got fed up and called LG. The person I spoke too barely spoke English and informed me that LG will pay for someone to come out but any parts I am responsible for even if they’re defective (I specifically asked that question). My previous washer was a Samsung front loading washer I had for over 10 years and never had problems like this. I thought LG would stand behind their product, I’ve only had the thing for 6 months!!!
