Best Buy offered to send someone out to look at it. But since it was brand new I returned it and replaced it with the next size up. That one I love, love, Love! I get sad when I can't find any laundry to easy!

LG is a great machine but instructions are not. Many hours watching You Tube videos helped, hopefully I have it down.

It would not dispense softner and the light comes on telling you to fill the softner when its full. I have been trying to get this repaired for 3 months and after 7 tech visits they cannot fix it. I still cannot get my machine replaced - LG has the worst customer service. I purchased this from Best Buy so I hope they are going to replace it soon.

It won’t start the washer and requires me to reset the machine. I googled the issue and it said to unplug the washer and it will work. But this is annoying tonsownt this much money on a washer and for it to not work properly.

Drum cracked 1 year and 5 months after purchase.

It has been a nightmare, finally got best buy to take it back (lemon law). Clothes were never washed right, extremely wrinkled clothes and using the bleach dispenser clothes had a strong bleach odor. Our old Maytag ran for 12 years. I do not recommend this washer!
