Silent operation, sleek and modern design which complements my style. It is wifi enabled, so I get a notification on my phone when it is done. I am docking one star because in the app, you should be able to monitor the energy consumption but that doesn't show me anything. I have been trying to figure out why my electricity bill is increasing and not being able to see the energy utilization is a pain.

Washer is awesome

I like that you can fill up the detergent dispensing containers. The washer tells you when its low. It also send you a text when your wash is done.

We are having this washer for only 8 days so far and we have no complaints at all. We bought it at BB store in Plantation on November 3rd and it was delivered to us on November 5th. Today is November 13th, BB sent me a request to take a survey on our new LG WM4500HBA washer.

My LG washer

Love the smart dispense and load balancing feature. As far as noise this machine is quieter than my last and with a 10 year motor warranty on top of the geeks squad warranty should be more than efficient not to come out of pocket for any repairs

What I love about it: the large capacity, that it has an attractive sound when the load is finished instead of that annoying buzz like previous washers I've owned or heard, it sends a text to me when the load is finished, pretty black steel finish.

Good sensing technology. ThinkQ app for these machines is kind of basic and I think in the beginning stages, I expect they will continue to improve that. Hopefully no problems develope.

Hopefully it will last us just as long as that one did

Gets Clothes Really Clean

The auto detergent/softener dispense is handy. Wish you could start the machine remotely with the app and I wish the app would stay connected to the machine. We’ve had to reconnect the app a couple of times with the past month.
