Works very well, as expected. Would very highly recommend the addition of a pedestal as the washer door is very low to the ground otherwise.

So far it’s doing everything it promises. Impressed with smooth, quiet operation. Spin cycle removes so much water that time in the dryer is significantly reduced thus lowering electricity usage.

The machines is very good. It's quiet. My wife loves to use this machine. In addition, the delivery and installation service provided by Best Buy is great. Very friendly and helping.

First new appliance in 17 years and it did not disappoint. Washer is really quiet and does a great job. Paired with matching gas dryer and stacked with the stacking kit saves a ton of room.

So far so good. been using it for a couple weeks now. Wife loves the options and Wifi connectivity. No more laundry sitting in the washer. Seems to clean the clothes well. We will see as time goes on.

Coming from a low capacity Samsung washer, this is a great upgrade. Has plenty of waking options. Very happy with the choice. Yet to use the smart functions which could give us Alexa control.

We had a top load LG with no agitator. I found close would never be clean enough. Now that we have the frontload, our clothes come out a lot better.

Great washer with lots of usable options. It is one of the few washers that allow you to fill reservoirs with both detergent and fabric softener, allowing one to toss in the clothes, close the door, select the cycle and go! No more putting in detergent and softener with every load. The app is nice and you receive notifications on your phone when the washer has finished. I am very pleased with this model.

This washer is very efficient and quiet. I am extremely satisfied with all features and quality of my laundry once cycles have finished.

This washer is awesome. You don’t have to do any measurements. It’s perfect. Just sort and drop the clothes in pick your cycle and you’re done.

Great washer. Lots of technology but easy to use. Soap tanks that store and dispense on their own. Trained my 6 year old how to use with ease. Great color.

The washer is good unit so far . What we had to go threw to get it was a nightmare. 1 one came in supper dammage .the second one came in with a dent . Still cant get best buy to call back . Do what you want but i will never spend a dime with them any more

The washer looks great but it will take me sometime to adjust to all of the settings that my previous one did not have. Clothes come out almost dry from the spin cycle.

I’m still learning to use my new washer but am loving it. It’s very easy to get items in and out. I like the multiple wash soap and softener dispensers so you don’t have to add every time.

Omgoodness this set is amazing. Quiet operation. I love the detergent chamber and not having to add detergent every load.

Bought this washer to replace a GE washer that failed after 4 years. Everything has been great about it so far. It has Wi-Fi capability, which in my opinion isn't that important. It does send alerts to my phone when the load is done which is handy, but was not a deciding factor in my purchase. It gets clothes clean and seems to work well so far. My only gripe about this washer is that clothes seem to come out a little more wet than they did on my GE washer unless I use the highest spin cycle. If I use a medium spin cycle on the LG, clothes seem to come out pretty wet. I would say I'm happy with this washer though.

Amazing washing machine. Exceeds expectations for how clean objects get. Remember to wipe down front door and inside seal after each use.

Love the LG4500 series washer and dryer. Very large capacity, wifi enabled, and does a great job in cleaning our clothes.
