BE SURE TO REMOVE THE SHIPPING BOLTS!!

Not sure if it's because it's a new washer or my old one was just that bad but I really hope the quality of this lasts for a long time. I had a hell of a time with the shaking when I first cranked it up and come to find out the shipping bolts in the back need to be removed. So be sure you remove them before installing!

LG Smart Washing Machine is the bomb!

Best Buy made it really easy and our clothes are coming out noticeable cleaner and smelling better!

After looking at various washers on the internet we decided to buy this one at Best Buy. When we arrived at the store the staff were very courteous and helpful. We bought the washer within 20 minutes. The washer was delivered 3 days after we placed the order. The washer is working very well for us.
