Pedestals useless for detergent

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m giving my new appliances from LG a four-star only because they have pedestals that go with these machines that I purchased and you can’t fit a single laundry detergent in these drawers that will stand up straight. Only after the fact did I realize that that was an issue with LG and had I known this I never would’ve bought them. It is beyond me why a company would make pedestals too short that you can’t fit your laundry supplies.

Why have I been shopping at Lowe's and Home Depot?

Very professional. Set up smooth, quick, clean, very complete. Can't tell you how impressed I was with this delivery. Didn't even know Best Buy sold washers and dryers until we were there looking for a stupid cell phone cover. We have now purchased two washers, a dryer, dish washer, coffee pot, and microwave. A TV is next on the list.

Installers explained, but needed more help* after trying things on our own to questionable success. *Installers returned to replace dryer that had a problem reversing the door & forgot to turn the water back on to washer, so our first subsequent 'wash' was spun out only.

Very happy with this washer!

Things I love: The design of the gaskets will lessen mold and mildew formation. The washer has a turbo wash setting that speeds up wash time. Every load I've done has been clean and fresh, even the shorter timed loads! I have not yet used the steam function, but look forward to trying it. I love this washer.
