Does Excellent job washing love the color and the size

I’m giving my new appliances from LG a four-star only because they have pedestals that go with these machines that I purchased and you can’t fit a single laundry detergent in these drawers that will stand up straight. Only after the fact did I realize that that was an issue with LG and had I known this I never would’ve bought them. It is beyond me why a company would make pedestals too short that you can’t fit your laundry supplies.

Extremely large capacity. We use a lot less soap and time.

Early delivery with advance request. Three person crew. Very professional. Set up smooth, quick, clean, very complete. Can't tell you how impressed I was with this delivery. Didn't even know Best Buy sold washers and dryers until we were there looking for a stupid cell phone cover. We have now purchased two washers, a dryer, dish washer, coffee pot, and microwave. A TV is next on the list.

A quiet, efficient washing machine, even when its overloaded, does not makes noise

I'm liking all the bells and whistles... but if I had a choice, I prefer top load over front load. Having to really dry the seal and door area after using to avoid mildew smell and mold is a pain. To save room in my tiny utility room, I stacked my LG dryer on top of this washer using the LG Stacking Kit so I had to get front loading in this case. Works great so far.

Great washer. The product is great. Be sure to get the hoses... I know that is completely obvious but I assumed they were included since it didn't offer me to "add the necessary items" just like when I bought the dryer - due to this they couldn't install the washer but they offered to reschedule the installation.

so many options to washing & so few adequate directions in the manual. Installers explained, but needed more help* after trying things on our own to questionable success. *Installers returned to replace dryer that had a problem reversing the door & forgot to turn the water back on to washer, so our first subsequent 'wash' was spun out only.

Overall good, but has gone out of balance a couple times. that could be on me. Clothes are nearly dry after spin

My wife loves this washing machine. She can operate the washing machine through her cell phone. Also the washing machine will send her alert when the load is done to put clothes in the dryer. We both like how we get an email once a month reminding us to run the clean cycle.
