This is my second LG washer -- the first one lasted 15 years before having any issues at all. In this case, it was a broken water pump that I probably could have replaced, but didn't want to bother. I've had this washer a week now, and I'm happy with it. The steam and wash functions are great and I like the dark grey color. My only complaints are with the control panel -- 1. bumping against it lightly will cause the wash to pause (annoying when you're using the top to fold laundry on). 2. Unless there is direct bright light shining on the front, it is hard to read the text of the options. That'll become less of a problem I guess when I learn where they all are. I'm really happy with the ThinQ smart features -- setting up and using the app was fast and easy, including the Google integration. Samsung really could take some pointers from LG about how to write software!

I enjoy the size and ease of use. Honestly, it does more than I even need it to do. But I like having the options for my general loads and my cycling clothes, which I use the delicate cycle.

We are thrilled with our LG front load washer. It does an excellent job. we also love that we can get a status update on our LG app to let us know when the clothes are done washing.

I cannot overstate how much i truly enjoy this washer. It is very easy to use. It washes clothes well, and even has a quick 15 minute setting for loads that don't need heavy washing.

We’ve only had this product s short time so I won’t give it a higher score yet. This machine is quiet, economical, and takes all the guesswork out of washing a load of clothes. I add detergent and hit the start button. It does a great job of cleaning clothes and does it quietly, unlike my children and grandchildren.

Great items! Large capacity washer and dryer. Washer is quiet and both are high tech. Both hold large loads and cuts down on washing loads. Both are energy efficient and high tech. I love them!

So far, so good! We absolutely love the larger size and the ability to quickly clean clothes. Compared with an older Samsung, this model provides clean clothes in half the time.

This washer is very intuitive. It is very quiet. There are many cycles and the length of time that it cylcles is dependent on the load that is in the machine.

First impressions of this washer gives me high hopes. It has a very user friendly settings display. Quiet wash cycles. Got all my clothes clean without leaving soap residue, and has a pleasant chime to alert you of a job well job.

Very elegant. Upgraded after having an LG older version for 10 years. This one has more options and best of all it it has a light that allows you to see any missing socks :) It also feels like all clothes get a good wash.

We just purchased this washer a couple weeks ago. As we just moved into our new (to us) house, we found our hot water valve leaked so kept it off. Well, the washer didn’t like not having hot water even when cold wash was selected! Go figure! So the next day I replaced both hot & cold valves and bingo!!….our new washer got down to business!!! My wife loves all the different settings for washing different fabrics….I just need two - one for jeans and another for shirts! Yeah, I’m uncomplicated! LOL!! And it has a 5 cu. ft. capacity!! No more laundromat for blankets and comforters!!

Trying to choose a new washer and dryer set can be a mind-blowing experience because every machine seems to do different stuff or has buttons that can this and that. I previously owned a Maytag but after 5 years there was several issues so instead of repairing again, we decided to purchase a new set. I did a lot of research before deciding on this machine and discovered it was rated one of the top brands for cleaning. I almost went with a different brand but the dimensions of the machine on the pedestal was too tall and wide for my space. So, we went with the second top rated machine. I have had LG front loader years ago and wish I had just stayed with this brand because we had no issue at all. I love the front load washers because I really believe they get clothes cleaner. The smart phone feature really caught my eye. I can tell when my washer/dryer is done by looking at the app or wait for the app to notify me when it has completed washing. The “Turbo Wash” setting is fantastic it has 5 jets of water spraying your clothes to help get them clean, steam feature helps lift stains before the wash. I like how you can download extra cycles with several pre-programmed cycle already included which are customizable. The door on the washer will stay open slightly to let air in around the seal to help prevent mold from growing inside the machine. With my previous machine I had to leave to door open but now it stays open slightly but will not open fully. Of course, I take a rag and wipe dry the front door and around the seal when I am finished with washing to ensure mold does not grow. This set will not disappoint but is slightly larger than my Maytag. I’m just glad I had space to scoot the washer and dryer over about 10” so our back door will close with no issue. Just be sure to measure all sides front and back to fit in your space. We are so glad that we made this purchase with no regrets. So many stores are out of stock on washers and dryers plus the pedestals seem to be hard to find as well. We looked at several stores and with the supply chain issues made it hard to find a set that could be delivered less than a month to 3 months. We looked at BestBuy and was able to get the washer, dryer and pedestals delivered and installed in 3 days, so we jumped on the purchase. I love BestBuy anyways so many of my products are from there. It really makes it convenient to have 2 years protecting free with our TotalTech membership. Plus, if we were not happy with our purchase being members, we had 60 days to return and choose something else. They would even come and pick up the machines. I think we will just keep our new set.

Large capacity, quiet. Have had for a couple years and still works great.

Super quiet. Cleans awesome and looks even better. Love the smart features. Tells dryer what settings to use based on wash. Love it! The jets are cool too!

Second time getting an LG washer. They are very quiet and do a great job. My last one lasted over 12 years with no repairs. Best machine out there in my opinion.

I have to say that LG has kept up the great performance on their washers. Our last LG washer died 3 weeks ago. The motor went, couldn't repair. Unfortunately finding a new one in Covid times was impossible, so had to go with the one that was closest to what we had and also in stock. We were not disappointed. This washer is quiet, you hardly know it's working, the color is nice, black, and the cycles are what we had before. Couldn't ask for more than that.

It is big and can handle big loads. Gets everything clean. Have not had a chance to check out all of the cycles. Internet connectivity can be useful to know when a load is complete.

I absolutely love this washing machine. I had two much more expensive Samsungs that broke. One flooded my house a bit. So when I needed a new one I had a Best Buy associate help me find one after that and this is what I went with based on her recommendation. It hd been fantastic and worked so much better than my other ones.

Excellent Washer! The lid will not scratch. The seal will mold. Washes huge comforters with ease. Lots of great features. The best washer machine I have ever owned. Don't use too much soap or it will cause an error. Saves you on detergent. if you use the pods put it on the bottom and then put your clothes in. Worth the investment!!!!!
