No noise problem, no use problem except d80 comes on with towels. think filter unit full. We empty. Trust David at store.

It gets the job done, quiet and gets the clothes clean, good spin cycles and can do quick washes.

We are very pleased with this new washer. We bought it to exchange for the old one which also was LG 13 years old.

Delivery guy drop the washer without accessories to install and even we request installation they only put out of the box take a picture of it and left, he didn’t ask for signature. Product is fine but delivery isn’t.

I really like this machine. Can’t figure out why it won’t let me use steam in a non wash cycle like my old LG- it was a champ at wrinkle removal.

I’ve been using the LG washer for a month now. The spin cycle makes loud noise and it sounds like an airplane landing. I have my doubt that the computer panel will stop working as soon as my warranty expires. Overall my clothes are clean and that the new machine smell is gone. I had to adjust to the time that takes for a full cycle to end, about 1.5 hours. You can use perm ores to shorten the cycle to .30 min. About the cost, I think it’s too expensive $$$$$ for something that won’t last 10 years or so. I miss my old traditional Maytag washer with it’s loud noise. Thank you

So far I am pleased with the items. One piece will be delivered the end of August and that’s when the real fun begins!
