When we got them installed and started to use them. The dryer started to give a code d95. We found out it was the dryer vent and called someone to clean the vents. They cleaned the vents but we still got the d95 code or it would just have a light that circled where the code normally goes. The dryer would work for a few mins and the turn off. Then few mins later it would turn back on. It did this until I came and opened the dryer door. Called Bestbuy and because we didn’t get their protection plan they wouldn’t help us. Called LG. We have been given the run around. I finally got a hold of an appliance repair man who is coming on Monday. I will NEVER ever buy anything from Bestbuy again. This has been the worst experience that we have ever had.
