Much more efficient washing the closes (less time) and larger capacity allows for better cleaning than my old washer (even before it died). Much quieter which is a blessing! Even though purchased a few years apart, it matches the size of my LG dryer.

Large capacity. Very quiet. We like that it is WiFi enabled.

Very spacious. Holds large comforters. Slightly noisy but not very noticable when door to laundry room is shut.

This is the 2nd LG set I've gotten through Best Buy and they are wonderful machines...so much quieter than the Samsung we had for years (with technical issues). The delivery service with installation made for a smooth move into our new place. They arrived well within the window and we were doing laundry the day after we moved in. Very happy with our purchase.

So far so good. Plenty of cycles and features. Customizable cycle can be downloaded. The feature settings can be hard to read. Fairly quiet. Remote access of status is nice if one cares to know their wash or dry cycle has completed. Bought as an open box nearly new.

This washer is easy to use and very efficient. Lives up to LG brand.

Like the larger size than our old LG washer. Like the web application. We have only had it for a month so it's to soon to give a full review ask in 5 years if it is still working and if it has required service. Old LG lasted 11 years expecting the same from this one.

Very quiet, easy use, clothes are clean and fresh.

Needed a reliable replacement for our old, never gave us problems, washer/dryer combo. They lasted 14 years. After approximately 1.5 years, these are the ones. Nothing. That’s exactly what I want from a washer & dryer. I don’t want to hear a thing for a decade. Boring reliability is what I’m craving. So far, so good. All the gadgetry has been great too. The price was comparable of all vendors pricing of similar items. Great buy from best buy.

Really cuts down on number of loads of wash. It is so quiet that I have to go into the garage to hear it. Took me a while to learn how to do things like extra pre-wash and extra rinse with the normal cycle. Didn't find that the manual really was that helpful.

Had to replace my 8 year old LG because repairman said he couldnt get parts because my model had been discontinued. So i bought this one which is similar. So far its been very nice and is a little quieter than our old one. If it will last longer than our old one I’ll be happy.

It’s quiet and does a good job on stains. So far so good....

This washer is extremely quiet when running. The drum fits a king comforter with ease. The selection for the preset wash cycles is pretty good. The dispenser is pretty good and is designed with todays HE standards in mind. I am using less soap, bleach & fab softener. The only downside is that the alert chime is not loud enough to hear when it finishes washing.

Really love this washer! Have had the set for a few weeks now and love the settings and feel like our clothes are very clean when they come out of the wash. The spin cycle works great and really gets all excess water out of the clothes. The app is such a nice feature. I love being able to see when a load is done.
