On the pricey side, but it washes way better than the LG Top Load washer we tried before this. ThinQ functions work great to provide alerts when load is done, and for information on keeping the unit performing optimally.

We've had this for about a month now. Our Kenmore HE4T finally died and this is the replacement. We went from a 3.8 cubic foot interior to a this 5.0 cubic foot washer. It does a great job cleaning our clothes. This is a great washer with many different washing options. We love the Allergiene Cycle that removes pet dander and dust from our pillows, comforter, and blankets. We use the turbo wash setting to clean a load of clothes in about 30 min. It comes with 14 different cycles and we can download many more. The app makes it easy to know how much time is left and it notifies you when you are at the other end of the house to let you know it's finished. It also very quiet and stable even at high spin speed. Highly recomended.

This washing machine ROCKS. Everything I wash in it smells amazing. It works soo much faster than my old, top-loader and uses a fraction of the water. I was worried it didn't use enough water, but it gets everything so much cleaner and with so much less water. Very efficient and economical. I love that it works with Alexa and I can delay-start using my phone.

Guess things have changed in the last 10 years. This washer is less noisy and the cycles are shorter. Very happy so far. The installation crew was spot on. They communicated throughout the delivery day and were total white glove service

Awesome product! This saves me a lot of time and money. I don’t have to wash my blankets in the laundromat anymore. No lugging heavy blankets outdoors, this washer does the job.

Incredibly happy with this unit. It's super quiet and smooth when in operation. I've had a few different types of front load washing machines, and this is my favorite by far. Obviously only having it for a month precludes me from speaking to reliability, but I'm optimistic!

I decide not to put anymore money into my previous LG washer and get a new one. I love the look of this one. It efficient getting my clothes clean. I like the number of wash cycles. Most of all I love that it alerts me when its done washing being that sometimes I forgot I was washing clothes.

This is a great washing machine. The built-intelligence helps each load run efficiently. The owners manual doesn’t explain the features and how to use them, but there are plenty of You Tube videos to help you. I did setup the wifi and am enjoying having the option to run the loads on my phone.

Really great! I had to replace my washer unexpectedly, and this was a very good choice. I don't use the smart features but it works very well as a regular old washer. Efficient and good looking. Will get matching dryer next!

I love it so far. I have washed a king size comforter with no problem! The great thing is that it gets clothes really clean without using a great deal of detergent. I really like how it spins the clothes so dry they hardly feel wet at all right out of the washer!

This is the second LG washer that I have purchased. I had the first one for 13 years and it was still going strong when I sold it. Never had a repair!

We love our new washer& dryer though $3100 for the plain white pair installed is not what i think of as a “Bestbuy”.... hope they last longer than the 6yr old same models we replaced!

So far I have had no problems with this washer. I don't have a need to use the app to have the washer start remotely. I can not comment on how that works. The clothes are clean, there is no residual odor, it is quiet, feels like a good solid quality machine and it shines inside, I like the self clean feature. It does not remove stains any better than my Samsung did but I don't expect miracles. My Samsung was a steam washer and lasted over 10 years before breaking down and did a good job so when I say it doesn't do any better, it does a good job. Watching the video ads you get the impression the LG will be a super stain remover but it is about the same in that regard as my prior machine which was also a high end quality machine.

Great LG washer. We had our old one for 11 years and just bought this one. The new washer is much more quiet and the spin cycle vibration is excellent compared to my old one. Love all the features but probably won't use most of them. Definitely would recommend this washer

Our LG washer is the best one we have ever had! It is SO quiet and does an outstanding job of cleaning our clothes. The pedestal we bought for this front loading machine brought it to the perfect height for loading. We could not be more pleased and we highly recommend this excellent washer!

The 5.0 cubic feet washer is life-changing. It has reduced the number of laundry loads I have to do in a week. Additionally, the sidekick makes washing small loads a breeze.

You need this washing machine! There are tons of preprogrammed options to wash. With two little kids, the sanitize options is very very handy. It also fits our king sized bedding, so no more laundry mat!

This washer is a huge improvement over our last washer, which was a top load HE washer. Laundry is cleaner, and we have had zero items that have needed a second rinse (which was our biggest frustration with our old unit).
