Excellent washing machine, but LG can’t figure out software. A key feature is wifi connectivity to let you know when the wash completes. This fails at least 50% of the time. The machine is on the network the whole time. May be their server or session issue but bottom line it doesn’t work. Unbelievable you can make such an otherwise good machine and not pay someone to write decent software. Maybe apple should write it for them. Despite being good hardware, the software and user interface is actually really bad. - tons of cycles, but clear explanation of the differences is hard to find. Many are subtle changes that could better be handled in other ways. - no facility to save options. Every time we run a normal cycle we flip a bunch of options but there’s no way to save that. But you can download even more poorly described cycles. - AI sounds cool but makes the wash cycle unpredictable. Can’t tell how much water or even the style of rinse it will do. Sometimes one rinse sometimes 3 with same settings. - unreliable software. Notifications failing is destroys any value for having wifi connectivity. But also diagnostics fail. Machine software becomes unstable. Wash can be good. All washing machines should have the extra keys this one does. The cycles are usually excellent with minimal water but very effective washing. Just wish software was half decent.

Very easy to use, my kids love it, I love it even more, works reaaly good

The new LG washer replaced a 13 year old GE washer that quit working. We selected the front loading model due to its high cleaning efficiency than a top load model. In addition, we selected the model with the larger 5.0 Cu. Ft. wash tub because of the enhanced cleaning efficiency. There are 14 wash/rinse cycles, 5 temperature settings and 5 spin speeds to permit customization of cleaning anything. There is also a steam feature and remote operation via an app. We love it.

To write about this outstanding product would take to much time. All I can say is, get it. You can not beat it.

I absolutely love the our new washer! The machines are amazing and I love the song it plays when its done.

Purchased to replace a 13 year old LG that was still working great until a power surge got the best of it. Amazed how much less time this unit takes that old one, all while doing the same great job cleaning. Highly recommend you take the time to pair up with its matching dryer and let it send the best drying option to it.

Overall, I really love the machine. It runs so quiet and washes laundry quickly. I have not been able to load the WiFi as yet.
