Ordered these machines online after a delivery failure from another large home products company. Best Buy delivered within 2 day and did a top notch installation in a short period of time. The LG washer/dryer are very good machines . Very pleased with the whole experience.

This LG washing machine is easy to install and it is also easy to use. It has all the features we needed.

Good quality washer for rental unit. I've updated two apartments so far. It's less expensive to purchase the separate LG washer and dryer that to purchase the 1 piece laundry unit. Great feedback from residents.

Love this washer! I recently moved and had to leave this same washer and dryer which was only a year old. lI immediately went out and bought the same set for my new house. This washer makes you want to do your laundry!

Works great and gives you smart alerts to tell ypu when your laundry is done. This is the LG washer we owned, the other onw was over 10 years old and the tub motor gear finally went out.

I absolutely love this new front load washer! We got it and the matching dryer to replace our 10 year old front load set. This washer cycles much faster and seems to spin the clothes dryer. We stacked them in our laundry room to make better use of space. I named her “ Gertie” :)

Love this washer. My previous washer went out after a strong 7 years so i decided to get this one. needless to say i love it. Clothes get really clean, it’s super efficient, and almost completely quiet. I love the wifi features and the app that sends you notifs if your laundry is done.

This model handles king sized fluffy comforters and bed protectors flawlessly. Love the wifi connection via their app for control and wash progress notificatios.

Hard to rate higher when I've used it but ten times. So far its done a great job.

Great Machine! Clothes wash quickly and quietly compared to my old front loader. I use the laundry guides for the most part and gradually am trying different settings. I think it even uses less cleaning aides.

Love my LG 5.0 Cu.Ft. Front load washer. Does a great job washing my clothes. It has lots of different wash cycles with an extra rinse and spin cycle. Love the finish on my washer...doesn't show fingerprints. I would recommend this washer to everyone.

Love the TurboWash mode and the wifi connectivity. I get alerts on my Apple Watch telling me when to run a tub clean cycle, when a load is unbalanced in a spin cycle and other helpful prompts.

Huge upgrade! Last washer was also LG, so The familiarity was there, but this is head and shoulders above. The speed of washing clothes, and the steam function are game changers. Plus, the styling is beautiful.

Th LG Washing Machine Clean clothes very good also surprised that it uses very little Detergent to clean the clothes save me a lot of money one bottle use to last me 2 months now it last me 6 months I like that it has an app it tells me when my wash is finished and also when i have to do a tub cleaning after 20 loads of wash. this is a great machine.

Definitely better than the 10 year old washer this replaced. I like the notifications that it sends me when the cycle ends. It is supposed to suggest the dryer cycle based on the wash cycle with a linked dryer. I have yet to see this happen. This washer does complete wash cycles fairly quickly. Only downside is that the fill cycle is louder than what I am used to however this might be a simple fix.

Excellent washer, quiet. Many cycles, only use few that are needed so far. Clothes come out clean and just barely damp. Drying time is less! Great buy, would do it again.
