We bought this from BestBuy, but they outsource installation, and that was a nightmare. Would up returning the uninstalled product and buying it elsewhere. I do like the washer - it is quiet and seems to do a good job cleaning.

This replaced my old washer which is far superior in every way. I like the fact that it connects to the Thinq App and I can see and I am notified when a load is done. It's very quiet, though it can show the house a bit, but I think every washer does that.

We have been using this for 2 years. Never disappointed us. Very good washer and smart app included.

The sales people were great, the installation was great, and the washer is great. I totally recommend Best Buy for their knowledge of their products and their field installers for their good work.

Great washer. Previously owned LG front loader from 2005. Was running like new when we moved. Best Buy installation was top notch as well. Professional, Courteous, and efficient! Will buy all appliances here.

1st front-load washer, and I love it so far! The ThinQ app and features are amazing as well! I especially love the notification to my phone when my wash is complete.

Love it! Didn’t think I cared about the smart features but have really enjoyed getting notifications when wash is done and the ability to remote start. Feel like I’m much more efficient now.

This is a wonderful front loading washing machine. I have had one before but it was not a LG. The size of the tub is great. I can wash large loads and they spin so dry that the drying time is less than I have ever experienced before.

Washed my coats with ease. This washer can wash bulky items and they come out very clean. I still need to get used to the settings but overall, a quality product.

Overall, good washer so far. Quiet and does what it is suppose to do.

The book that came with it has very little info on the operation of the machine. It says look online. There is some information on line, but not much. And it isn't clearly marked as to which item they are describing. There is a turbo wash button for which I can find NO information. It cuts the washing time in half and I can't stop it. Sometimes is comes on and I can't find a way to turn it off. My Kenmore Elite which we had for 20 years had clear marking of the buttons right on the machine. Unfortunately we need a new washer in a hurry and had no time to look into the features.

First time use LG washer work very good. Use water as need no waste extra water. Great turbo wash.... cloth come like fully dry. Best thing wi-Fi change settings as we need notification received.

This is a fabulous machine. I don’t know how they can create a machine that doesn’t fill with water but I live it! We are on a rain water system, so saving water was a priority.

Ive had an lg washer so this was purchaed as a replacement. Its fine, and works exactly as to expectation. Now, can i get my money back for the 2 defective washers that you sold me and can you come pick up your junk washer from my garage? In the future, i wint so much as purchase a cell phone charger from best buy again.

I love my front loader. It is the perfect size for my family. The different modes makes it easy to wash loads.
