I think it was a flawed unit. My laundry room is upstairs and it was vibrating things on my walls downstaits across the house. It just didn't sound right. It had a loud vibration sound like a cell phone vibration sound and feel. Also when the drum spun it sounded like there was a playing card stuck to the side of it and it slapped a pool of water with each rotation. I returned it and ended up buying the LG 8100 model with dryer and they are both really quite and work great so far.

Clothes come out clean and I use the app to keep me up to date how much time is left on the cycle and when it's done. The only complaint I have is that it's louder than my previous Samsung and GE. Otherwise awesome washer!

Glad LG put a washer plant in Tennessee, Wish they would include a dryer plant as well??? Only had the units for a couple of weeks so far and they perform well. We like the quiet operation... Delivery was good and men were very courteous.
