    Love this new washer, only thing I wish was different is if I could download more than 1 additional cycle, or if I could choose a preprogrammed cycle and then be able to alter any of the settings after.

    I purchased this washer because of its noise reduction technology, which is needed with my laundry room located on second level bedroom floor. It truly is a beautiful efficient washer, however I rated a 3 because of the noise. It sounds like an airplane taxiing on the runway or a truck barreling down the street. I can also feel the vibration throughout the house, for example when I’m sitting at the breakfast table, the table vibrates on the main level of the house. It’s such an issue that I’ve had dreams of the washer burrowing through the floor when it vibrates. If the company could offer any solutions, I would gladly try and accept!

    It works great for clothes and has a large capacity. Unfortunately we are struggling to figure out a wash routine for cloth diapers. I give it 4 stars only because we haven’t figured out a wash routine that works for the cloth diapers.
