The spin cycle makes loud noise and it sounds like an airplane landing. I have my doubt that the computer panel will stop working as soon as my warranty expires. Overall my clothes are clean and that the new machine smell is gone. I had to adjust to the time that takes for a full cycle to end, about 1.5 hours. You can use perm ores to shorten the cycle to .30 min. About the cost, I think it’s too expensive $$$$$ for something that won’t last 10 years or so. I miss my old traditional Maytag washer with it’s loud noise. Thank you
