However, poor knowledge on how the delivery and installation contract they used. He underestimate the delivery/ installer willingness to install the equipment, causing me to figure out how to install the whole thing myself since they refuse to install it. Also, the delivery & installer could learn some customer service skills, they were very rude. Rather spending the time explaining why they can't do it & show the customer how to do it them self. I was only given an option to take the washer & dryer or refuse it so they can take it back to their wharehouse. This was by far the worst experience. I will never recommend anyone to buy appliances at Best Buy ever, nor buy one there. And of course no follow up around customer satisfaction.

Stains all my clothes.

I have never hated a washer so much the way I hate this one everything white that I own or anything that has white or lighter colors in it has stained and even after soaking and pre treating stains they won’t come out I have used the wash washer cycle along with an afresh tablet to no avail I have washed the washer with vinegar and baking soda and this problem still repeats itself. I spent over $900 for this washer and I hate hate would love to trash it right away hate this washer. This is after almost a year of use.
