Had an issue with soapy water left in the gasket and called Best Buy and warranty folks for help. Total waste of time and all they wanted to do was send another washer and reinstall. After much ado, we found there was a hole in the gasket, our previous front load didn't have this, and it was clogged from the beginning. Now we know to check the hole before every wash but never would have thought there was a drain in the gasket material. Very disappointed in the service and machine quality.

Water Leak Under

(They can tell if it’s been tried/used) Nothing in the back was touched. Even had the plastic on the front door. When the installer / delivery person did a test run, it leaked water underneath He double checked and tightened everything that needed to be tightened but the washer continued to leak. I called LG customer service and we did a live video test together to trouble shoot but it still leaked from under. Returned unit after.

The machine just swings and cannot proceed into a spin mode. Very disappointing purchase. I would not recommend if you want to wash large loads.

When the cycle is complete , there is a small puddle of water that remains in the rear of the drum. I installed the dryer first, it took two cycles to thoroughly dry my clothes after the old washer washed them. I have already called for a repair appointment, I haven't even owned the washer for a week.

This is my second LG front-loader. The first one lasted over 15 years and did a great job. This one is not even remotely comparable unfortunately.

Small loads were great came out smelling fresh but med to large loads didn't smell fresh. So I returned the machine.

This Machine is Not Compatible with Amazon Alexa

They even went so far as to tell us how they use it for their own wash. They used the story to get us to buy a higher level model. It has been installed and I now find out both models do not work with Alexa.
